Welcome to Lumigenc Technologies. By using our website and submitting project requirements via our tools, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Scopes & Project Estimations

The project valuations provided by our Interactive Cost Estimator are estimates and do not represent a binding contract. Complete scoping agreements, milestone dates, and final flat-fees are formalized only within signed contracts.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

All website design assets, logo elements, text, and layout files on lumigenc.com are the exclusive property of Lumigenc Technologies. However, codebases built for clients under signed contracts are fully transferred to the client upon project completion.

3. Disclaimer & Warranties

Our website and estimator calculations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any server issues, downtime during client self-hosting, or third-party service failures.
