1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account, subscribing, or using any website or application operated by Lumigenc Technologies ("Lumigenc", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Account Registration & Credentials

To access certain features of Lumigenc products (such as Sequor), you must register an account using Google Single-Sign-On (SSO) or a verified email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lumigenc applications solely for lawful business or personal purposes. You shall not engage in:

• Publishing spam, harmful, defamatory, deceptive, or illegal content across connected social media accounts.
• Attempting to bypass security barriers, rate limits, OAuth permissions, or reverse-engineer our software.
• Automating abuse of AI generation credits or third-party API quotas.

4. AI Generated Content & Social Media Integrations

Sequor utilizes OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs to assist with content creation. You retain ownership of the prompt inputs and AI-generated outputs created within your account, subject to third-party model terms.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before scheduling or publishing it to linked social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Lumigenc is not liable for social network account suspensions caused by user violations of third-party platform rules.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Paid subscription tiers for Lumigenc products are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment gateway partner Cashfree Payments.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

Lumigenc Technologies retains all right, title, and interest in and to our websites, logos, source code, UI components, brand names (Sequor and Lumigenc applications), and underlying software infrastructure. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our software during active subscription periods.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumigenc Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of our software.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
