Refund Policy

1. Overview & Billing Cycles

Lumigenc products (including Sequor, Lumigenc CRM, and DealSwipe) operate on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day full-featured free trial for Sequor and new subscription tiers. No credit card is required during trial signup. If you decide to upgrade to a paid tier, your selected subscription plan will be billed automatically upon upgrading.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account billing management dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

• First-Time Subscription Refunds: If you purchase a paid subscription and request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment due to technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
• Renewal Payments: Recurring monthly or annual subscription renewals are non-refundable unless required by local law.
• Policy Violations: Accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.

5. Payment Processing (Cashfree Payments)

Payments and approved refunds are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days following refund approval.
