• Authentication Data: Passwords (encrypted via bcrypt hashes), Google Single-Sign-On (SSO) identifiers, and session tokens.
• User Content: Uploaded media assets (images, graphics, videos), generated AI content, draft posts, scheduled social media posts, and customer notes.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referral URLs, and interactions with our application interface.

3. Social Media & OAuth Data (Sequor)

When using our social media management platform Sequor, users may choose to connect third-party accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

We collect OAuth 2.0 access tokens, account profile names, page identifiers, and publishing permissions. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We only use these tokens to publish content, retrieve engagement analytics, and manage posts authorized directly by the user. You can disconnect linked accounts at any time from your account settings.

4. AI Services & Content Processing

Lumigenc integrates artificial intelligence capabilities powered by third-party providers including OpenAI and Google Gemini.

When you request AI content generation (captions, hashtag recommendations, copywriting, prompt completions), your prompt text is processed by these providers. We do not sell your prompt data to third parties, nor do we allow public training of models on confidential client data.

5. Analytics, Cookies & Payments

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to analyze aggregated traffic, screen interaction heatmaps, performance metrics, and session diagnostic trends.
• Cookies: Essential session cookies, preference cookies, and security cookies are stored locally in your browser. You can manage or disable cookies via browser settings.
• Payments: Subscription billing and payment processing are securely handled through our merchant payment partner Cashfree Payments. Lumigenc does not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.

6. How Information Is Used

We use your information exclusively to:

• Deliver, maintain, and upgrade Lumigenc software products and features.
• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access permissions.
• Schedule, queue, and publish user-approved social media content across connected networks.
• Process payments, manage subscription invoices, and send transactional emails.
• Detect, prevent, and remediate security vulnerabilities or fraudulent activity.

7. How Information Is Shared & Subprocessors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with trusted cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel, AWS), AI model providers (OpenAI, Gemini), payment gateways (Cashfree), and social media platforms authorized directly by you. 8. User Rights & Data Deletion

9. Security & International Transfers

All data transmitted to Lumigenc applications is protected using HTTPS TLS 1.3 encryption. Data stored in databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data may be hosted and processed on secure cloud servers in India and the United States operated by Vercel and AWS.
