Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to ensure that Lumigenc products are used responsibly, ethically, and securely by all customers and users. This policy applies to all accounts, API tokens, AI prompt inputs, and connected social media profiles.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Lumigenc services to:

• Generate, upload, or publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or fraudulent material.
• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers without prior written authorization.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication controls, or credit billing systems.

3. Anti-Spam & Social Media Rules (Sequor)

When using Sequor to schedule and publish posts to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, users must comply with all official platform developer terms. Unsolicited bulk messaging, automated comment spamming, and coordinated inauthentic behavior are strictly prohibited.

4. AI & API System Abuse

Users shall not submit malicious prompt injections designed to manipulate OpenAI or Google Gemini underlying models into outputting malware, phishing content, or bypass content moderation filters.

5. Enforcement & Account Suspension

Lumigenc reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Accounts found to be in violation may face immediate rate-limiting, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.
